DigsConnect.com is the largest student accommodation marketplace on the African continent. They pair up registered students and young professionals looking for long-term rentals with homeowners who have available properties.

The problem
Since being founded in 2018, DigsConnect.com had made a name for themselves in the PropTech space, managing to attract thousands of users to their platform, but they were struggling to convert these leads into placements.
The solution

The UX and Product teams were brought onto the venture to investigate causes and solutions for the lack of conversions. Their roadmap included:

  1. Auditing and improving the DigsConnect.com landing page.
  2. Redesigning the enquiry process and search mechanism.
  3. Redesigning the filters and search mechanism.
  4. Redesigning the listing page.
Results
With improvements made by The Delta, DigsConnect.com experienced a 300% increase in tenant inquiries versus their previous season, and a record-breaking number of tenants engaging with landlords.
