Challenge

The Strove team knew that recruiting experienced engineers for a startup is an incredibly challenging task. They needed access to talented engineers who could help them build out the first version of their product quickly and efficiently.

Solution

The Delta built an MVP of the mobile application and assisted with a release to a group of beta testers.
We then assisted with the validation and refinement of the MVP.
The MVP was expanded upon by our team to include a broader feature set, an accompanying web application, and internal admin tools.

Results

Since the initial launch of the mobile application in April 2021, Strove has grown its ecosystem that includes 11 client companies, 1300 employees, 43 international rewards partners and now expansion in the UK. The venture successfully raised R4 million in Series A funding with Launch Africa Ventures, and was accepted into the GrindstoneXL accelerator programme.

Next steps

Strove is currently launching into the UK market, onboarding leading brands as new clients. The Delta continues to support them as they expand their feature set based on user interests.
